We hope by now you’ve heard the news: in celebration of 15 years of fighting hunger through live music, Tonic Ball will employ a “Greatest Hits” format on November 18 in Fountain Square. After some polling via social media and several knock-down, drag-out discussions among Tonic committee members, we’re bringing back the most popular acts from the previous 14 Tonic Ball events for a retrospective blowout of epic proportions. Presented by Eskenazi Health, this year’s lineup will feature local acts celebrating the musical contributions of The Beatles, David Bowie, Prince, The Rolling Stones, & Grateful Dead.
With the addition of Fountain Square’s newest venue Pioneer, the 15th installment of Tonic Ball is bigger than ever. Even with five venues, tickets are selling as fast as ever this year. Tonic Ball has sold out every year since 2010, so grab your tickets while they last. While tickets are selling fast, we expect the selection of songs for bands to go even faster. So, if you’re a local artist interested in playing the event, make sure to submit your band by the October 1st deadline!
Tonic Ball would not be possible without our wonderful and generous sponsors. As mentioned above, Tonic 15 is presented by the good folks at Eskenazi Health. Our friends at Sam Ash and Navient Foundation will serve as stage sponsors at White Rabbit Cabaret and Fountain Square Theatre, respectively. That still leaves opportunities to show your support in nearly every sponsorship tier we offer. Whether your organization could benefit from a stage sponsorship in front of 2,000 performers and attendees at one of Indy’s biggest and best musical events or you simply want to secure 10 tickets at one of Indy’s biggest and best annual events, we have a package that will serve your needs, offers a return on your investment, and allows us to continue to deliver 4,000 meals per day to critical, Indy service agencies. Thanks to our sponsors, every dollar from your ticket goes directly to Second Helpings programs.
